YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Career politicians gave you: the highest taxes in New Jersey history, wasted spending, property taxes twice the national average, ruined healthcare, corruption, pension abuse, a 7 to 10 billion dollar deficit spending, record high unemployment, the second highest business and corporate tax in the nation, nearly $40 billion in debt to hand down to your children, and eminent domain abuse against our soldiers.

After 10 years of nothing but empty promises, it’s time to give them (Burzichelli/Riley) a vacation from politics.

TAXPAYER ALERT TO THE GARDEN STATE POLITICOS: “WE ARE NO LONGER YOUR ATM MACHINE!!!!!! We the voters are YOUR employers. You are not our rulers. We are coming to the polls to get rid of you.

SENIORS’ & VETERANS’ HEALTHCARE BILL OF RIGHTS

SENIORS’ & VETERANS’ HEALTHCARE BILL OF RIGHTS

My opponents have done nothing of substance for seniors or soldiers in the last decade

Doctor Bob Villare for Assembly–District 3 pledges to:

PROTECT MEDICARE. NO CUTS IN MEDICARE, NO FREE CARE FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS AND DON’T CUT MEDICARE IN THE NAME OF HEALTHCARE REFORM: No cuts from Medicare, Medicaid or any other plan that funds seniors’ care. No free healthcare for folks who don’t have a right to be in our country. Medicare should not be raided to pay for another entitlement.

PROHIBIT GOVERNMENT FROM GETTING BETWEEN SENIORS AND THEIR DOCTORS: The government-run healthcare experiment will give patients less power to control their medical decisions, and create government boards that decide what treatments get funded. Doctor Villare believes in patient-centered reforms that put the priorities of seniors before government.

PROHIBIT EFFORTS TO RATION HEALTHCARE BASED ON AGE: The government-run healthcare experiment sets up a “comparative effectiveness research commission” where treatment decisions could be limited based on a patient’s age. I believe that health care decisions are best left up to seniors, their families and their well-trained and informed doctors.

PREVENT GOVERNMENT FROM INTERFERING WITH END-OF-LIFE CARE DISCUSSIONS: The government-run healthcare experiment mandates seniors meet to discuss end-of-life care. It is none of the government’s business to impose consultants to discuss your end-of-life advanced medical directive. Seniors with their family, their doctor and lawyer can help with this decision; not the government.

ENSURE SENIORS CAN KEEP THEIR CURRENT COVERAGE: As steep cuts are proposed in Medicare & Medicaid in order to pay for a government-run healthcare experiment, these cuts threaten millions of seniors with being forced from their current Medicare Advantage plans. Seniors will pay more for less. This will not happen in New Jersey under my watch.

PROTECT VETERANS BY PRESERVING TRICARE AND OTHER BENEFIT PROGRAMS FOR MILITARY FAMILIES: Democrat leaders recently proposed raising veterans’ costs for the Tricare For Life program that many veterans rely on for treatment. I oppose increasing a burden on our veterans and believe America owes it to them to extend payment to private university hospitals to provide our veterans the best care and give Veterans Freedom of Choice for their healthcare needs. After all, it is the soldiers who give us our freedom.

The political culture in New Jersey must change.

An FBI agent characterized New Jersey as the most corrupt state in the nation. The political culture in New Jersey must change. The only way to do that is to REDUCE BIG GOVERNMENT in the state:

From 2000 to 2007 New Jersey created 6800 private-sector jobs, but created 55,800 public-sector jobs. The only growth industry in New Jersey is the government.

New Jersey ranks 50th in the USA in job creation. 79,000 private sector jobs left the state in the last decade.

An environment of high taxes and overregulation gives rise to excessive complexity for business to get funding and operate honestly. This foments a breeding ground for corruption.
The result– honest businesses get disgusted and flee the state.

The book the Soprano State: New Jersey’s Culture of Corruption states that “there are all these little authorities that everyone has to go to for permission — too much government means too many opportunities for officials looking to cash in.” “Corruption thrives on unchecked conflicts of interest. A New Jersey Mayor can also be a member of the state legislature and a partner in a law firm that benefits from legislation he writes. The public’s welfare is the last thing on the agenda.” For example, former Democratic Senator Wayne Bryant was found guilty of placing himself on the payroll at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. This was a fabricated position to enable him to inflate his pension while he steered millions of taxpayer dollars to the school.

New Jersey is the smallest of the Middle Atlantic States. It has 566 municipal governments and 615 school districts, some of which don’t have students, but collect millions in local taxes and have paid administrations. New Jersey has more superintendents than Maryland, Virginia and Delaware combined. State government has 154,500 workers and local governments employ 444,000 workers, for an average of 81 government workers per square mile. The national average, according to the census bureau, is six government workers per square mile. 36.7 million Californians pay only $259 per capita to run their government compared to $289 paid by New Jerseyeans, and California is going bankrupt despite paying out 10% less than New Jersey residents. Pennsylvania pays only $182 per capita, or 37% less than New Jersey to run their government, and Pennsylvania has a greater population approaching 12.5 million compared to New Jersey at slightly fewer than 8.5 million. This is simply unbelievable.

Politicians employ these “supporters” and ensure their loyalty with good pay and pensions totally out of line with the private sector. The result is there are less people putting money into the treasury and more people taking money out. No wonder New Jersey is in a state of financial Armageddon.

The cancer that affects this state must change. A limited government and a freer economy promote an ethical government and a productive economy.

A favorite quote ….

What have we learned in 2,064 years?

“The budget should be balanced. The Treasury should be refilled,

Public debt should be reduced; the arrogance of officialdom should be

tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should

be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt…”

– Cicero – 55 BC

Evidently, we’ve learned nothing.

Doctor Robert Villare for Assembly—District 3

How Important Is YOUR Vote?

I am Dr. Robert Villare and I’m running for State Assembly in the 3rd District and need to ask YOU a few questions.

Did you vote to have your taxes raised until they are the highest in the entire United States?

Did you vote to approve oppressive regulations that drive businesses out of New Jersey?

Did you vote to have your property taxes doubled?

Did you vote to take casino and lottery revenues away from SENIORS for whom it was intended?

Did you vote to tax each businesses $15,000.00 for each new employee they hire causing businesses to leave New Jersey at an alarming rate?

Did you vote to cut charity care by millions causing the poor and uninsured to suffer and hospitals to close?

Did you vote for YOUR Insurers to cut benefits while raising your health insurance premiums?

Did you vote to spend $100 million of YOUR tax money for a parking garage and court renovation?

Did you vote to pay a retired part-time commissioner a full pay pension of $100,000.00 per year?

Did you vote for this same Commissioner to leave a $7 to $10 Billion deficit for your children to pay off?

Did you vote to have the worst state Medicaid program in the entire nation [California Healthcare Foundation April 2009]?

If you answered YES, you got what you voted for. If you answered NO, then take back your government. Vote new representation. Democrat, Republican and Independent voters all suffer from failed leaders. If YOU are fed up and had enough…

Vote Robert Villare (Doctor Bob) for Assembly.

An interesting wake-up call sent by a Russian author. As always, let me know your thoughts. Doctor Robert Villare, M.D. Assembly Candidate

American capitalism gone with a whimper

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.

True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.

Those lessons caution the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their “right” to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our “democracy”. Pride blind the foolish.

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America’s short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more than another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more then ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them?

These men, of course, are not an elected panel but made up of appointees picked from the very financial oligarchs and their henchmen who are now gorging themselves on trillions of American dollars, in one bailout after another. They are also usurping the rights, duties and powers of the American congress (parliament). Again, congress has put up little more than a whimper to their masters.

Then came Barack Obama’s command that GM’s (General Motor) president step down from leadership of his company. That is correct, dear reader, in the land of “pure” free markets, the American president now has the power, the self given power, to fire CEOs and we can assume other employees of private companies, at will. Come hither, go dither, the centurion commands his minions.

So it should be no surprise, that the American president has followed this up with a “bold” move of declaring that he and another group of unelected, chosen stooges will now redesign the entire automotive industry and will even be the guarantee of automobile policies. I am sure that if given the chance, they would happily try and redesign it for the whole of the world, too. Prime Minister Putin, less then two months ago, warned Obama and UK’s Blair, not to follow the path to Marxism, it only leads to disaster. Apparently, even though we suffered 70 years of this Western sponsored horror show, we know nothing, as foolish, drunken Russians, so let our “wise” Anglo-Saxon fools find out the folly of their own pride.

Again, the American public has taken this with barely a whimper…but a “freeman” whimper.

So, should it be any surprise to discover that the Democrat controlled Congress of America is working on passing a new regulation that would give the American Treasury department the power to set “fair” maximum salaries, evaluate performance and control how private companies give out pay raises and bonuses? Senator Barney Franks, a social pervert basking in his homosexuality (often praised as a virtue) and his Marxist enlightenment, has led this effort. He stresses that this only affects companies that receive government monies, but it is retroactive and taken to a logical extreme, this would include any company or industry that has ever received a tax break or incentive.

The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left.

The proud American will go down into his slavery without a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker.

Eminent Domain — Is This Legalized Stealing?

The actions and arrogance of Mr. Burzichelli should be condemned for trying to steal your constitutional right to own property. Despite the unanimous Supreme Court Ruling, Burzichelli says of the Gallenthin family farm “We’ll get the land, one way or the other.” Who will repay the Gallenthin family for their pain, suffering and legal costs to stop this theft? Who will pay the hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted on this fiasco? YOU.

Today it’s the Gallenthins; tomorrow it’s you.

BEWARE, Mr. Sweeney recently told the Gloucester County Times, “If you have large tracts of land available, we’re going to pursue them.”

Thousands of Revolutionary War soldiers gave their lives to free us from the tyrants of England. Through their sacrifice, they gave us the freedoms we enjoy today. Now someone is trying to steal those freedoms! The tyrants have returned.

This issue is not going away. Stop the Burzichelli’s of the world by voting them out of office when they abuse eminent domain and hurt private citizens.

“We’ll get the land one way or the other.” Assemblyman John Burzichelli, Courier-Post (July 24, 2009)

Marines SacrificeFor Release September 21, 2009 Doctor Bob Villare for Assembly Contact: 856-423-4515

“We’ll get the land one way or the other.”
Assemblyman John Burzichelli, Courier-Post (July 24, 2009)

New Jersey is one of just a handful of states that have done nothing to curb government abuse of eminent domain. Even worse is that government bureaucrats are allowed to confiscate the property of those serving our country in the military – even while they are overseas defending our freedom. Soldiers give us our freedom, we must protect their land.

Can you imagine coming home from Iraq, Afghanistan, or anywhere else in the world where you have been serving our country, to find that your property has been stolen through eminent domain abuse? No American can stand for this and New Jersey cannot stand for it.

State and local officials began proceedings to take 3.7 acres of George & Cyndy Gallenthin’s farm while George, a Lt. Colonel in the Army Reserve, was serving his country overseas. Gallenthin took the Gloucester County Improvement Authority to court two years ago and won in a landmark unanimous decision by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

But that hasn’t stopped Burzichelli from trying to take his property. Assemblyman John Burzichelli arrogantly brushed aside the ruling by the Supreme Court, and assured reporters, “We’ll get the land one way or the other.”

A-3559 stops government from taking the property of those serving our country. It is bi-partisan legislation sponsored by Assemblywoman Alison McHose (whose husband has twice served overseas as a member of the New Jersey National Guard), Assemblymen Jack Conners and Gary Chiusano. The land leased to Paulsboro by B.P. using Paulsboro taxpayer money is listed as one of the most toxic superfund sites in the state.

The law simply freezes eminent domain proceedings against the home or property of someone serving overseas until he or she has been released from duty and is available to put up a defense against government taking. Someone dodging bullets in the hills of Afghanistan shouldn’t have the added worry of government putting his wife and kids out on the street.

A-3559 was supposed to be heard in committee back in February – then on March 12th.

Its hearing was delayed at the request of Burzichelli ally Assembly Speaker Joe Roberts of the Camden County Democrat machine. Burzichelli stops at nothing for political gains, including abusive legal assaults against a soldier/farmer. This behavior is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

“We have ground forces engaged in Iraq and President Obama has a troop surge going in Afghanistan. American troops will be in combat zones overseas for a long time to come and they simply shouldn’t be treated this way,” Assembly candidate Bob Villare said.

“John Burzichelli should recognize that his words make him and the political class in New Jersey sound like bullies. He should apologize to the Gallenthin family. He should assure Speaker Roberts gives A-3559 a hearing in committee for the sake of every New Jerseyean who puts themselves in harm’s way to defend our freedoms.”

PRESS ADVISORY

Bob Villare will conduct an interview during groundbreaking (taking place despite lack of permits) with Corzine on Tuesday September 22nd at 10:00 a.m. The location is 559 Mantua Avenue at Paulsboro, NJ 08066.
